In the five-paragraph handwritten piece, the male student first said it is ironic for the aforementioned tutors to punish learners demanding they score good grades they themselves did not attain.

He argued that had the teachers excelled in their high school studies, then they could instead be engineers, doctors and architects.

"Please, do not pretend to be helping people by caning them. You yourselves did not get good grades in high school and that is why you are teachers instead of engineers, doctors and architects," the student said.

The young star added that his parents are the ones who brought him to school and pay his tuition fees and so are the only ones supposed to be worried about his performance, not teachers.

The seemingly fed-up learner noted that some students develop a negative attitude towards a subject after being caned by its teacher.

"Also, I wonder why you pretend to listen to the explanation of the student before punishing him. You don't have to beat a student for him to pass.

Just teach, get your salary and buy your children basic needs and not caning other people's children and you are a parent," he added.

The young man asked the teachers angered by the letter to go to a witch doctor and curse him.

"And if this has hurt you, go to a witch-doctor and order for my troubles and I am ready to take your curses because I am not your son," he concluded.
