Kampala: Justice Margaret Tubulya of the Anti-Corruption Court Kololo has today 24th September 2021 sentenced Godfrey Kazinda the former Principal Accountant OPM to 40 years imprisonment on 420 counts of Forgery, Causing Financial Loss and Conspiracy respectively.
Court further ordered the accused (Kazinda) to compensate the government Ugx 19,171,476,505.
Justice Margaret also ordered that Kazinda should not hold any public office for a period of 10years from today.
